smartscreen how to get off unsafe list

1. tell all users to report the site as safe
From the warning page, you can choose to report this site as a safe site. Select More information, and then select theReport that this site does not contain threats link to go to the Microsoft feedback site, and follow the instructions.

2. fill out the information as an owner to try and resolve the issue. you are at the mercy of microsoft and they send you an email saying it might take 3 days for them to get back to you. Report as a site owner to get priority.

This seems to be happening to one of our sites now as a bug in Edge.

Extracting contacts from Web Outlook app

Step 1
Open Outlook Web Access. Unless you have created a Desktop shortcut to the program, it will be located in the Microsoft Office directory folder.
Step 2
Locate your "Contacts" folder from the left column of the software's interface. Click and drag your cursor to select all of the contacts you wish to export.
Step 3
Click the "Edit" tab from the top menu bar and select "Copy" to copy all of the contacts to your clipboard.
Step 4
Open a text file in a word processing program such as Notepad or Microsoft Word. Select "Edit" and choose "Paste" to paste your contactsinto the document.
Step 5
Perform any necessary formatting of your contacts once they have been pasted. If you have many contacts, your document may be several pages long and spacing may become inaccurate.
Step 6
Click "File" and select "Save As." Select a destination to save your contacts and select "Save" or "OK." Your contacts are now ready to be shared, saved to a disc or imported into another application.

Moving folders from Outlook web app to Thunderbird

  1.  Click on Manage Folders on the left panel.
  2.  Click on Download Mail.
  3.  This will prompt you for a location to save your mail folder which will be a zip file. Depending on the size of your mail folders, this may take a while.
  4.  On your local machine locate the Mail > Local Folders folder under Thunderbird profile. Information on the Thunderbird profile folder can be found at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Thunderbird
  5.  Unzip the mail folder and copy the contents to the Thunderbird Local Folders folder from step 5.
